Solar activity is expected to be at R0, with a slight chance of R1
levels for UT day 6 Apr. The solar wind speed is expected to become
moderate to strong with the arrival of the coronal mass ejection from
3 Apr. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at G0-G1 levels. MUFs
are expected to be near normal to enhanced. Slight chance of shortwave
fadeouts.
