Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 14
September. The solar wind speed is expected to be slightly enhanced.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at quiet to unsettled levels.
Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected with no Short
Wave Fadeouts.
