Solar activity is expected to be at low levels on UT days 11 September
with a chance of an isolated M-class flare. Minor enhancements in the
solar wind parameters may be observed during the second half of the UT
day today 11 September due to the possible arrival of the 08 September
CME. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected with a
chance of a shortwave fadeout.
