Solar activity is expected to be low to moderate on UT day 09
September with the possibility of M-class activity. The solar wind
speed is expected to be near background levels with mild enhancements.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected with the possibility of shortwave
fadeout.
