[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 29 October - issued 2021UT/28-Oct-2021

On UT day 28 October, the solar activity has reached high levels due
to two M-class flares and one X-class flare produced by AR2887. The
last flare was accompanied by a CME and a weak radiation storm.
