The solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 14 October,
with a chance of C-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to
remain near its nominal to mildly elevated levels today. Geomagnetic
activity is expected to be quiet with a chance of being unsettled. HF
propagation conditions are expected to degrade to fair levels in high
latitude regions, normal elsewhere. Shortwave fadeouts are unlikely.
