[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 03 October - issued 2323UT/02-Oct-2021

Solar activity is likely to be low on UT day 3 October with a small
chance (5%) of M-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to
decrease gradually to its nominal levels today. Geomagnetic conditions
are likely to be quiet with a chance of isolated unsettled periods.
Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected although there
may be some mild MUF depressions at times. There is a small chance of
short-wave fadeouts (radio blackouts), today.
