Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 09 November with a
chance of isolated C-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to
be near background levels. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
mostly quiet with possible isolated unsettled periods. Mildly to
moderately depressed MUFs may be observed today. No shortwave fadeouts
are expected today.
