Solar activity is likely to be very low to low on UT day 05 November.
The solar wind speed is likely to be strong but decline over the day.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet to unsettled with
possible isolated active periods. Mildly to moderately degraded HF
propagation conditions are likely at mid and high latitudes. Shortwave
fadeouts are not expected.
