Solar activity has been low on UT day 03 November. The solar wind
speed has been strong and became very strong with the arrival of a CME
around 1930 UT. Global geomagnetic activity was quiet to unsettled
until the arrival of the CME which caused active to major storming. HF
conditions have been normal to mildly degraded. Short-wave fadeouts in
daylight regions are not expected.
