Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 28 May with a small
chance of M-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be
slightly enhanced due to fading CME effects. Geomagnetic conditions
are expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled with possible active
periods. There is only a small chance of Short Wave Fadeouts.
