[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 31 March - issued 2330UT/30-Mar-2021

Very low solar activity is forecast for UT day 31 March. Although weak
coronal hole effects have commenced, mostly light solar wind speeds
are expected. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions are expected.
Propagation conditions should be mostly normal with no short wave
fadeouts expected.
