[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 March - issued 2329UT/27-Mar-2021

Very low solar activity is forecast for UT day 28 March with a small
possibility of isolated C-class activity. Geomagnetic conditions in
the Australian region are expected to gradually increase from quiet to
active with the possibility of minor storm periods. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are predicted.
