Very low solar activity is expected on 13 March with a chance of a
C-class flare. Solar wind speed is expected to stay near its nominal
levels; mild enhancements are possible due to coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to remain at quiet to unsettled
levels. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected without
short-wave fadeouts. Mildly to moderately depressed MUF are possible
in response to recent increase in geomagnetic activity.
