Very low solar activity is expected today on 11 March with a slight
chance of a C-class flare. Solar wind speeds are expected to continue
to decline to background levels due to waning coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet. Mostly normal
HF propagation conditions are expected with no short-wave fadeouts.
