Very low solar activity is expected today on 9 March. Solar wind
speeds are expected to be at light to moderate levels due to waning
coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet
to unsettled. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected
with no short-wave fadeouts.
