[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 23 June - issued 2327UT/22-Jun-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 23 June.
The solar wind speed is expected to increase to slightly enhanced
levels due to weak coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to unsettled. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected. No short wave fadeouts are expected.
