[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 July - issued 2332UT/27-Jul-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 28 July. The solar
wind speed is expected to expected to gradually increase to moderately
enhanced levels through UT day 28 July. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to active. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions, with the possibility of minor MUF depressions on UT 28
July, are expected with no short wave fadeouts.
