[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 23 July - issued 2310UT/22-Jul-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 23 July, with a
chance of C-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be
mostly near background to slightly enhanced levels. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled, with a chance of
active periods if a glancing blow from the 20 July CME arrives at
Earth. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected with no
short wave fadeouts.
