[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 19 January - issued 2300UT/18-Jan-2021

Very low solar activity is predicted for UT day 19 January. The solar
wind speed is expected to become moderate to strong in response to
coronal hole wind streams. Geomagnetic conditions should become
unsettled with possible isolated active periods. HF propagation
conditions should be mostly normal. No short-wave fadeouts are
expected.
