[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 10 January - issued 2320UT/09-Jan-2021

Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 10 January. The solar
wind speed is predicted to be light to moderate due to coronal hole
effects. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions with a chance of an
isolated active period. HF propagation conditions should be normal
with no short-wave fadeouts expected.
