[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 25 February - issued 2338UT/24-Feb-2021

Very low to low solar activity is expected on UT day 25 February. The
solar wind speed is expected to be at moderate levels after the
arrival of the 20 February CME at 0407 UT on 24 February. Quiet to
unsettled geomagnetic conditions are expected with a chance of active
periods in the first part of the day. HF conditions should be normal
to fair. No short-wave fadeouts are expected.
