[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 19 February - issued 2328UT/18-Feb-2021

Very low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 19 February. The
solar wind speed is expected to stay near its background levels.
Mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions are expected with some possible
unsettled periods. High-frequency radio communications are expected to
be normal. No short-wave fadeouts expected.
