[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 09 February - issued 2310UT/08-Feb-2021

Very low solar activity is predicted for UT day 09 February. The Earth
is currently under the influence of moderately elevated solar wind
speed associated with small equatorial coronal holes. Global
geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet to unsettled. MUFs are
expected to vary between mildly depressed levels and predicted monthly
values. No short-wave fadeouts are expected.
