[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 30 December - issued 2331UT/29-Dec-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low to moderate on UT day 30
December. The solar wind is expected to become moderate due to coronal
hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to
unsettled with possible active levels. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected with a possibility of short-wave fadeouts
(radio blackouts).
