[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 December - issued 2303UT/26-Dec-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 27 December with a
possibility of moderate activity (M flares). The solar wind speed is
expected to be initially at background levels then increase the
moderately enhanced levels late on 27 December due to coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be initially quiet,
increasing to active levels. Normal HF propagation conditions are
expected with a possibility of short wave fadeouts.
