Solar activity is expected to be very low to to low. The solar wind
speed is expected to be mostly moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to unsettled. Normal to moderately degraded HF
propagation conditions are expected. No short-wave fadeouts expected
today.
