[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 03 December - issued 2332UT/02-Dec-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 03 December. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate but is likely to become
strong due to coronal hole and CME effects. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be initially quiet, increasing to unsettled to minor storm
levels. Auroras may be visible from Tasmania during local night.
Normal to moderately degraded HF propagation conditions are expected.
No shortwave fadeouts are expected.
