[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 31 August - issued 2342UT/30-Aug-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 31 August with a slight
chance of an isolated M-class flare from AR2860. The solar wind speed
is expected to be at mildly elevated levels today. Geomagnetic
activity is expected to be initially quiet and then may reach active
levels in response to the arrival of 28 August CME. Normal to fair HF
propagation conditions are expected with a slight chance of a
short-wave fadeout.
