[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 15 August - issued 2323UT/14-Aug-2021

On UT day 15 August, solar activity is expected to be very low and the
solar wind speed to be mostly near background levels with the
possibility of periods of minor enhancements. Global geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be quiet. Normal HF propagation conditions
with no short wave fadeouts may be expected.
