[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 10 August - issued 2341UT/09-Aug-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 10 August with a
slight chance of an isolated C-class flare. The solar wind speed is
expected to be light to slightly enhanced due to weak coronal hole
effects. Global geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to
unsettled with a chance of an isolated active period. Normal to fair
HF propagation conditions with no short wave fadeouts.
