[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 09 April - issued 2332UT/08-Apr-2021

Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 09 April. The solar
wind speed is expected to decline towards its background level later
today as the effects of the coronal hole wanes. Geomagnetic conditions
are predicted to be mostly quiet, with isolated chance of unsettled
periods. Normal HF propagation conditions are expected.
