Wed Sep 30 09:36:26 EST 2020
Very low solar flare activity is expected for today, UT day 30
September. The Earth is currently under the influence of strong solar
wind speed between 550 to 600 km/s, associated with a large Northern
Polar coronal hole. The strong solar wind speed is expected to
decrease today as the coronal hole influence wanes. Global geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be at unsettled to active levels. Normal to
fair HF propagation conditions are expected, with MUFs expected to be
mostly near predicted monthly values, with some periods of minor MUF
depressions due to the recent disturbed geomagnetic conditions.
