[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 16 September - issued 2322UT/15-Sep-2020

Solar activity was very low on UT day 15 September and expected to
stay at similar levels for the next 3 UT days (16 to 18 September).
Mostly quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions were observed on UT
day 15 September. Global geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
mostly quiet during the next 3 UT days with small possibility of some
unsettled periods on 16 and/or 17 September. MUFs were mostly near
predicted monthly values to moderately enhanced on UT day 15
September. MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly
values for the next 3 UT days.
