[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 24 October - issued 2344UT/23-Oct-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 24 October. The
solar wind speed is currently enhanced in response to a large northern
polar coronal hole extension. Global geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be at unsettled to active levels. Normal to fair HF
propagation conditions are expected. MUFs are expected to be at near
predicted monthly to moderately depressed levels.
