[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 05 October - issued 2302UT/04-Oct-2020

Solar activity was very low today, UT day 04 October and expected to
stay at very low levels for the next three UT days, 05 to 07 October.
Mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions were observed today. Global
geomagnetic conditions are expected to stay at quiet levels for the
next three UT days. MUFs were mostly near predicted monthly values
today. MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values with the
possibility of minor to mild enhancements on UT days 05 to 07
October.
