Very low to low solar flare activity is expected on UT day, 21
November. The solar wind speed is expected to become moderate today
due to coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions should be quiet to
unsettled with a possible isolated active period. HF conditions should
be fair to normal. Short-wave fadeouts are not expected.
