Very low solar flare activity is expected for today, 17 November. The
solar wind speed is expected to remain near its nominal levels.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet levels and
occasionally may reach unsettled levels. Normal HF propagation
conditions are expected for today.
