Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on UT day 06 November
with a low chance of M flares. The solar wind is expected to be light
to moderate due to coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions should
be quiet to unsettled with a chance of an isolated active period. HF
conditions should be normal although there may be MUF depressions at
times. There is a chance of minor short-wave fadeouts.
