[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 16 May - issued 2320UT/15-May-2020

Solar activity was very low today (UT day 15 May) and expected to stay
at very low levels for the next three UT days, 16 to 18 May. Today,
the geomagnetic conditions were at quiet levels and expected to stay
mostly at similar levels for the next three UT days. MUFs were mostly
at near predicted values to moderately enhanced levels today. Normal
MUFs are expected for the next three UT days.
