[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 29 July - issued 2320UT/28-Jul-2020

Very low levels of solar activity are expected today, 29 July. Solar
wind speed is expected to be at background to slightly enhanced levels
due to weak coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected
to be mostly quiet with possible unsettled periods. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected.
