[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 14 July - issued 2335UT/13-Jul-2020

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 14 July. The solar
wind speed is currently light but may increase to moderate levels if
the CME observed on 9 July arrives. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to unsettled. Active periods may be observed if
the CME impacts. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are
expected.
