Very low solar activity is predicted for UT day 30 January. Solar wind

400 km/s due to weak coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic activity is
predicted to be at quiet levels with a chance of isolated unsettled
periods. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected.
