Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 23 January. Solar wind
speed is expected to be mostly near its background levels. Geomagnetic
activity is predicted to be mostly at quiet levels and occasionally
may reach unsettled level. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be mostly near monthly predicted levels.
