Very low solar flare activity is expected for today, UT day 26 Dec,
with remote chance of C-class flares. Moderate to nominal solar wind
conditions are expected for today as the coronal hole effect continues
to wane. Quiet geomagnetic conditions are expected with a slight
chance of an unsettled period. High-frequency radio communications are
expected to be normal to fair. No short-wave fadeouts expected.
