[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 24 December - issued 2347UT/23-Dec-2020

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 24 Dec.
Minor coronal hole effects are expected to slowly wane. Strong solar
wind is expected. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions expected
with a slight chance of an isolated active period. High-frequency
radio communications are expected to be normal to fair. No short-wave
fadeouts expected.
