Solar activity is expected to be very low to low for today, 21
December. The solar wind speed is forecast to be near its nominal
levels. Global geomagnetic conditions are predicted to be mostly quiet
and occasionally may reach unsettled levels. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected.
