[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 14 December - issued 2322UT/13-Dec-2020

Solar activity was very low today, UT day 13 December and expected to
stay very low with a small chance of C-class flares during the next
three UT days, 14 to 16 December. Mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions
were observed today. Global geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
mostly quiet for the next three UT days. Today, MUFs were mostly near
predicted monthly values with periods of minor enhancements. MUFs are
expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values for the next three
UT days.
