Very low solar flare activity is expected for today, UT day 23 August.
Solar wind speed is predicted to be near background to mildly elevated
level in response to a weak extension of the northern polar coronal
hole. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet with a
chance of isolated unsettled periods. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected for today.
