[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 April - issued 2327UT/27-Apr-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected for the next UT day, 28
April. Currently, on the solar disc there are two regions with
sunspots. Light to moderate solar wind speeds are expected.
Geomagnetic conditions are predicted to be at quiet levels with
possible isolated unsettled periods due to week coronal hole effects.
Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected.
